Background
After Dr. Clark had been carefully trained, he began offering Laser Gum Therapy to his patients in September of 2002. Our Laser treatments have been FDA approved, having been scientifically proven to be effective. The technical name for our Laser Treatment is Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure (LANAP)
Laser Therapy (LANAP) means no cutting, no sewing, less pain, less bleeding, less tissue removed, and less recovery time! Using the Laser, Dr. Clark is able to remove the diseased tissue without removing healthy tissue. This helps to improve the healthy appearance of the tissue around teeth, minimizes pain and discomfort and allows closure of the periodontal pocket to enable healing to take place. Shallower gum pockets, firm gums and healing bone make it possible to save and restore otherwise hopelessly diseased teeth.
